This is where you can find intense workouts that I’ve put together (sometimes in colaboration with other members) to help you get a sweat on and challenge your body.

These workouts range from 15-30 minutes and need very little in terms of equipment, although the same can’t be said for effort!

I don’t go into too much detail about exercise technique as you can find more information on this inside the video vault section.  However, if you do have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask in the comments section below.

This workout is particularly hard on th legs, so although it only lasts 10 minutes your legs will feel sore for days afterwards.  Take this as a warning and if you’re new to the site this workout is best left until you’ve been through a couple of our other training programs.
