Here’s a NEW 16-minute conditioning challenge that uses the mighty 20-10 approach.

That just means doing 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds rest ;)

This ickle routine is from my American buddy, Mikey Whitfield.

He loves short, intense, bursts of exercises (don’t be rude at the back!)

Definitely beats running on the treadmill for 30 minutes, plus!

Do the following routine ONCE.

Each exercise should be performed for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for the number of rounds given, then move onto the next exercise.

A) Piston Row (20 secs on, 10 secs off) – 4 rounds

B) TRX/Regular Reverse Lunge (20 secs on, 10 secs off) – 6 rounds

(switch sides with each round)

C) T Press-ups (20 secs on, 10 secs off) – 4 rounds

D) Full Body Extensions (20 secs on, 10 secs off) – 6 rounds

E) Mountain Climbers (20 secs on, 10 secs off) – 6 rounds

F) Skater Hops (20 secs on, 10 secs off) – 6 rounds

This finisher works a treat when it comes to burning the chub.

Of course, it’s quite a tough workout, so go at your own pace.
