Right, where do you go from here and what do you do next?

There a couple of things you need to do to make sure you start off on the right foot.

  • Take your measurements AND photos.
  • Visit the Nutrition Basics page and clear out the crap (from your cupboards).
  • Decide what exercise plan is best for you (post a comment below or use the Facebook Group if you’re unsure).
  • Tell your friends and family that you are now on a mission to get fit and blowtorch fat.  Let them know that if they so much as even open the biscuit jar in front of you that you will have no other option but to poke them in the eye! This might sound funny, but you really do need to get your close friends and loved ones onside if you’re going to succeed.
  • As well as telling your friends and family, visit the Facebook Group and tell all of us that you are ready to give fat the old heave-ho.
  • Finally, be positive!  This is it now, you’re on it and we’re all here with you.  It might well be a bumpy ride, but this is a one-way ticket and there is no going back…come on![/bulleted_list]
