Flaxseed wrap (see above)
3 or 4 slices roast turkey
2 thin slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup bean sprounts
avocado, thinly sliced
1 handful baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp mayonnaise, mustard or salad dressing
Place the turkey and cheese in the centre of the wrap.
Spread the bean sprouts, avocado and spinach over the top.
Top with mayo, mustard or dressing, roll up and serve.
