Ingredients
4 tuna steaks (around 175g each)
Rind and juice of 1 lime
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp fresh coriander
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe mango
1 small red onion, finely chopped

Method
Rinse and pat dry the tuna.
In a bowl, mix the lime rind, garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander and pepper to make a paste.
Spread a thin layer of the paste on both sides of each fillet.
Heat a non-stick griddle pan until hot and press the tuna steaks onto the pan to seal them.
Lower the heat and cook for 4-5 minutes or until cooked to your taste.
Meanwhile, peel and pit the avocados, cube and add to a bowl.
Peel and cube the mango and add to the avocado.
Add a tablespoon of the lime juice to the mix, as well as the chopped onion and mix thoroughly.
Plate up the tuna with a large spoonful of relish at the side and drizzle with lime juice and fresh, chopped coriander.
