Ingredients
1 Medium pineapple
2 mugs coconut milk
1 banana
1 mango
3 handfuls crushed ice

Method
Juice the pineapple and pour into a blender
Add ice, banana, mango and coconut milk and blend until smooth.

This smoothie is full of potassium, which is vital for a healthy nervous system and regular heart rhythm.  Potassium helps to prevent stroke, aids muscle contraction and works with sodium to control the body’s water balance.  It is also rich in vitamins B and C, folic acid, magnesium, ‘good’ fats, iron and calcium.
