I don’t know why, but everyone gets stuck to Paddy’s Day.
Maybe it’s something to do with all the Irish pubs around the World?!
I’m actually part Irish.
No, I’m not jumping on the band-wagon just because It’s Paddy’s day.
M’Nan and Grandad are from the Land of the Shamrock.
And since it’s Paddy’s day it would be rude not to do some sort of Irish themed workout, right?

Scraping the barrel here, this is when you tense your pee-pee muscles to er, stop your pee-pee.
Side Plank (Do both sides)
Deadlifts (Do both legs)
Air Bike AKA Bicycle crunches ;)
I’m assuming you can do a squat and hold your hands over your head in the shape of a ‘Y’ for this one?
One round will take you 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
But feel free to do more than one round if you want to :)
