6oz undyed smoked haddock fillet
2 x 9oz packets Uncle Ben’s Ready Cooked Brown Rice
Preheat the grill to medium.
Place the smoked haddock on a baking tray and grill for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
Meanwhile, boil the eggs for around 6 minutes then run under cold water until cool enough to peel and cut into quarters.
While the eggs and haddock are cooking, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Flake the fish and mix into the rice with the eggs (try not to brak up the eggs too much).
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
