I know how it goes….

Just a few months ago you were firing on all cylinders, but for whatever reason your mojo has got up and gone walkies.

Before you know it, the pounds are creeping on and you feel like abag of hairy balls. So…

Let’s see if we can get you back on the straight and narrow with these simple changes over the next couple of weeks…

1) Avoid liquid calories.

Seriously, the calories soon add up over the day if you’re knocking back sugar drinks or several coffees from your fave coffee shop. Plus…

If you’re partial to a stronger beverage in the evenings you can bet your assimus that you’re going to struggle losing the lard due to awhole host of reasons that would take too long to dive into here.

2) Dodge bread.

I was practically raised on 3 slices of bread with every meal until the age of 21, when I realized that eating copious amounts of bread wasn’t helping my waistline. Plus, it’s got a nasty habit of causing belly bloat. for many folk (including me).

Instead of sandwiches, try experimenting with different salads and rather than having a couple of slices of bread with your meal get some extra greens on your plate.

3) Go short.

By this, I mean it’s better to opt for shorter workouts over longer ones if your mojo has gone kaput. Something along the lines of 5-10 minutes is sometimes just what you need to get the momentum going again.

For example, If I said you’ve got to exercise for 45 minutes 5 times a week, you might not have enough mojo in the tank to get on board with that idea. Yet…

If I said you have to do 5-10 minutes just 3-4 times a week, you’d probably be able to manage that…physically, and perhaps more importantly, mentally.

You see….

When you’ve “fallen off the wagon”, it’s all about building up that momentum again with smaller, more manageable steps.

These changes I’ve mentioned above will do a great job at getting you back on track. In fact…

Just the other day I got a message from a long time follower that had used my “Rule of one” strategy with great success.

She chose just one thing to work on to improve her health for several weeks

That one thing was dodging bread (just like I mentioned above).

5 weeks later and she’s lost 7 pounds and 3 inches from her waist, just with that one change.

Bottom line…

When you’ve lost your mojo, keep things simple.

Ta-ta for now and keep your chin up.

You can do this ????

I printed out the My Cellulite Solution. Where do I find the videos for the exercises?

Hi Jo-Ann, they were on the same page that you downloaded the manual from – or at least they should have been. Ping an email to [email protected] if you didn’t already manage to find them :)
