Did you see Madonna at the Brits the other day.
They’re calling it “capegate”.
If you’re in to watching people fall over, you can find it on YouTube…
Anyway, this got me thinking…
Madonna fell on her ass in front of millions of peeps.
BUT she got back up and after the the initial, “WTF just happenned?”, she carried on.
Fair play to her.
Might have bruised her ego a bit, but some times you just have to soldier on and not make a fuss.
It’s a shame other people don’t have this mentality.
Some people fall off the fitness and fat loss waggon and that’s it.
Job done for another year.
It’s a shame when this happens, because there’s going to be plenty of ups and down when losing the flubbalubba (aka fat).
The key is to be consistent over several months.
If you’ve got 20, 30, or even 40+ pounds to lose you’ve got to be prepared.
It’s going to take several months and you’ll need to be consistent over them there months.
Nobody expects you to be on the ball 24/7 during this time, but when things don’t go to plan take a leaf out of Madge’s book.
Get your ass up, dust yourself down and carry on with the show.
Don’t leave it for weeks or months to start again.
Make a commitment to yourself.
Change your diet.
Start an exercise program.
Just make sure you do something that brings you closer to your goals.
