4 large eggs, beaten
1 slice ham
1 handful sunflower seeds
1 knob of butter for cooking
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the eggs.
Cook slowly over a low-medium heat until scrambled to taste.
Meanwhile, slice the avocado and ham and divide between 2 bowls.
Divide the scrambled eggs between the bowls, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve.
