2 ripe bananas, peeled
500ml Greek yoghurt
2 tsp honey (or to taste)
2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts or almonds, chopped
Preheat the oven to 200C/ Gas 4.
Wrap the bananas in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely, then unwrap and mash in a large bowl.
Pour the yoghurt over the mashed banana and fold together.
Gently stir in the honey.
Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and serve.
