If you are just starting out and are looking to lose weight then do follow our Basic Nutrition guidance closely, as you will see results in your fitness and wellbeing much more rapidly.  

However, you will notice, if you have a browse through our recipes, that not all of them follow these rules rigidly.  There are some recipes that contain certain of the ingredients we ask you initially to exclude.  These recipes are for those of you taking a more 80:20 approach, who perhaps aren’t looking to lose weight but to just maintain a healthy approach to diet.
