Let’s talk about this real world fat loss…
Losing lard when you’re mega busy is what I’m talking about.
Kids running riot.
Long hours at work.
That sort of real world shenanigans that most people are struggling to juggle while losing el jelly belly.
I’ll hold my hands up right now and say it’s tricky to lose lard when you’re double busy. However…
It’s NOT impossible.
Everyone has 10-minutes to do a workout, you’ve just gotta find it.
You’ve gotta carve out that time. In fact…
The other I did a live Facebook workout with my youngest daughter in toe.
Now, if I can do a workout with one my kids hanging off my leg, so can you!
Granted, it wasn’t the most effective workout I’ve ever done.
The intensity wasn’t quite where it should be and I could have probably done with another 10-20 minutes on top of what I did.
But you know what….
It was better than doing nothing and more importantly…
It just goes to show that you can still do a workout with the kids running amok.
You can still get a sweat on and give your metabolism a kick up the assimus, even when you think you’ve got no time.

Now, what you’ve gotta realise is that this real world fat loss I’m talking about is never perfect.
If you’re aiming for perfection, you’ll hit the ground with a bang.
You’ve gotta take the rough with the smooth.
They’ll be some ups and downs, but as long as you accept that and be consistent with your diet and workouts you’ll soon be dancing to Run DMC wearing nothing but your undercrackers…and that’s the way it is!
