Here we go again.
Back on the old diet and fitness wagon are we?
Although, It’s about time for elevenses, you know?
Which means those cheeky little Jammie Dodgers will be calling your name.
They’ll mostly likely do a little jig on your shoulder whilst whispering in your ear, “Eat me…I’m only 85 calories..eat me, now.”
Of course, you’ll ignore the voice of this veteran of the biscuit World.
But, then across the office you notice a colleague eating a chocolate finger.
A chocolate finger!
The ante has been upped.
Plunging your mental strength into disarray.
Should you or shouldn’t you?
It’s that mental tightrope that so many of us have had to face.
“Should I or shouldn’t I!?”
2 seconds later…
“Ah, go on then”
And you grab five chocolate fingers!
Alas, temptation has got the better of you once again, my friend.
Dodging sugar can be super hard.
Especially, when it’s chucked into so much food nowadays.
Even the so-called ‘healthy’ foods have a ton of sugar in them.
The thing is if you fail to dodge the sugar on a regular basis, you’ll most likely fail to lose the lard.
It can be done though.
I’ve worked with plenty of clients who’ve kicked their sugar habit.
Even I’ve got a sweet tooth, but there’s a great book I use and give to my new clients to help them out.
It’s called ‘I quit sugar’ by Sarah Wilson.
Get it on Amazon and work through her 8 week plan if you’re struggling.
And if you’re really struggling give me a shout.
Enjoy the rest of your Monday.
Sugar free of course!
