Seeing as I was messing around in the park doing some kettlebell juggling I thought I’d also film this quick kettlebell workout for you.
Unfortunately the heavens opened, so I only managed one round, but you’ll get the idea…
Just make sure you pop the hips on each swing and don’t squat.
It drives me crazy when I see people squating when doing swings.
Anyway, here’s the video…
Give it a bash and aim for 3-5 rounds if you can manage it.
