I was on the beach the other day and I decided to film this assimus workout.
It’s mainly for the ladies, but guys shouldn’t be shy about making their derrière firm too.
I’m told women love a nice butt :)
So, if you don’t have a gym/don’t like the gym, but want an ickle workout that’ll turn buns of jelly into buns of steel, give it a blast.
It’s a bit cheeky (that’s funny because you’ll be working your butt cheeks).
