1 cup oatmeal
4 cups water
4 tsp Whole Earth fruit spread (or similar)
1 handful sunflower seeds
Put the water and oatmeal into a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon.
When the porridge is smooth and starting to thicken up, turn down the heat and simmer for around 20 minutes, stirring, until the oatmeal is smooth.
Serve with fruit spread and sunflower seeds.
