Cooking Time: 1 hour 40 mins

Serves 4

Ingredients:

500g minced beef
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp basil, finely chopped
1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
1 tsp thyme, finely chopped
110g of ground almonds, chopped
pecans or walnuts and ground black pepper (to taste) mixed
2 eggs

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30-40 minutes.
3. Grease a loaf tin with olive oil and press the beef mixture into the greased loaf pan.
4. Bake for around 75 minutes.
