As you will learn, if you don’t already know, being fit and healthy is as much about what you put into your body as what you do with your body and we want to give you the full toolkit to keep you feeling fabulous and make sure you achieve your fitness and weight loss goals.

If you’d like to keep up to date with the latest nutrition know-how then this is the place to come. You’ll learn all sorts of weird and wonderful information about food and drink that’ll help improve your health and, of course, your body shape.
In this section I’ll introduce you to the nutrition principles that will form the foundations of your fat loss, health and well-being. Getting in great shape is very much about eating the right food, which is why it’s essential that you get the basics right. Particularly if you want to improve your health for the long term.
Once you’ve mastered the basics you may wish to explore some of our advanced nutrition methods: intermittent fasting and carb cycling. However, I can’t stress enough that if you haven’t got the basics in the bag there is little point in using these advanced techniques.
To take out the guess work we have created a series of meal plans for you to follow. Whilst this is helpful for those who are just beginning a health and fitness kick, I’d like you to achieve a better understanding of what food and drink will cause you to balloon in size and cause ill health. This means that you will eventually be able to take the stabilisers off your nutritional ‘bike’ and eat and drink without rigidly following the meal plans we have prepared.
With recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner you will always have fresh ideas to try out when your inspiration has gone A.W.O.L. We even have recipes for the occasional healthy treat! Fancy that, eh?!
