Okay, today I’ve got a very quick ab workout. However…
Don’t be fooled by the time frame, because it’s no walk in the park!
Here’s the plan:
+ Low Plank x 30s
+ High Plank x 30s
+ Bicycles x 30s
+ Flutter Kicks x 30s
+ Rest x 30s
+ Low Plank x 30s
+ High Plank x 30s
+ Russian Twists x 30s
+ Candle Stick x 30s
+ Rest x 30
+ Low Plank x 30s
+ High Plank x 30s
+ Walking Plank x 30s
+ Spiderman Plank x 30s
+ Supermans x 60s
NOTE: if you your technique falls apart at any point, give yourself a few seconds rest and jump back in.
