Today I’ve got a wee workout for you using a kettlebell.
The kettlebell is a cracking tool if you want to advance from simply using your own bodyweight.
First, get yourself suitable warm with a few bodyweight movements and then jump into this with a medium size kettlebell…
+ KB push press x 10/side
+ Lunges Jumps x 15/side
+ Renegade Rows x 15/side
+ KB swings x 30
+ KB 1-arm squat x 10/side
+ KB Russian twists x 25/side
+ Seal Jacks x 100
Repeat 3-5 rounds with as much rest as you need :)

If you haven’t got one, then it something for you to think about.
Especially, as research from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) states that you can burn upto 20 calories a minute with a kettlebell.
Certainly better than plodding along on a dreadmill.
