I’ll be honest with you.

You might not lose 17 pounds…

It could be more 😁👍

One lady lost 25 pounds in 19 days using this method.

That was pretty crazy and the results even shocked me.

Anyway, today I wanna try and help you get some crazy results too.

Let me break it down for you:

1. Sort out your diet.

To make sure you burn maximus fattimus from your assimus  you’ll need to dodge wheat, caffeine, dairy, sugar (apart from fruit/veg), convenience foods and booze.

It’s a bit like a detox, but in actual fact, these are your foundations for long term fat loss program, health and overall well-being.

You don’t have to be saint for the rest of your life, but stick with the above and your waistline will never be lardy again.

2. Put your diet on turbo mode

This is where you step things up to epic proportions.

Use methods such as intermittent fasting and/or carb cycling to give your lardites a first class ticket to Timbuktu.

Some people use these methods without doing step #1 first.

Guess what happens when they stop using these methods?

The fat creeps back on.

That’s why step #1 is so important.

3. Do some bloody exercise

I mean that in the nicest possible way!

Exercise means you can be flexible with your diet.

You can go off piste from time to time and enjoy a hot chocolate in front of the log fire (just like I do).

4. Don’t just do any old exercise

Most people when they think of losing weight automatically think of slow-go cardio.

You know, the stuff that’s about as much fun as watching paint dry.

NEWS FLASH: slow-go cardio is pants at burning el chuberino.

Instead combine squats, press-ups, lunges, etc with a cardiovascular exercise that gets you of breath.

It doesn’t need to kill you, but you do need to sweat and push beyond your comfort zone to if you want to lose 17 pounds in 19 days

5. Up your desire

You’ve gotta really want it.

When you decide to lose weight and do it properly, it’s like a switch has been flicked.

No more excuses, just action.

The turning point could be a glance in the mirror, tummy hanging over the jeans, or something somebody said.

Whatever the case maybe – enough is enough and nothing will get in your way.

So, there you have it.

5 steps to losing maiximus fattimus!
