Below you'll find all the kettlebell exercises used within the Lean Bells program.
In each video I'll give you a quick demonstration and explain how to perform each movement. I'll also point out the most common pitfalls that I've noticed people make when using a kettlebell.
The exercises listed below are by no means exhaustive, but I feel these will give you the best bang for your buck, especially when combined with the bodyweight exercises listed in the workouts.
