I’m not in my 30's or 40’s, will this program still work for someone of a slightly older vintage?

Yes, you’ll be able to follow the workouts. The key will be what kettlebell size you use and if you've been exercising over the last few months or so. In fact, most people who take part in this program are over 30 years old, but I've had people follow this program in their 40's and 50's without any problems.
