These exercise routines are all about maximizing fat loss and have therefore been designed to create what we call an "afterburn effect". This is when your metabolism is raised for several hours post workout through a mix of increase oxygen uptake and a shift in your hormonal mojo (increase in human growth hormone and reduction in insulin). This opens the doors to your fat cells, so that you can use the excess fat for energy and flatten your belly. Happy days!
The routines are short, but that doesn't mean they are going to be easy. Oh-no, they'll be some testing times ahead and this means you'll have to get a sweat on and give it some welly. However, anytime you struggle or think that you can't do anymore, do what I do...and that's simply give myself a 5-second countdown and then jump back in. You'll be surprised how effective this is. Plus, you'll notice that I give plenty of exercise modifications throughout the videos, so that you can get an effective fat burning workout regardless of your fitness. Now...
You can do these routines on back to back days if you're a bit more advanced. However, if you're just getting started I recommend two workout days following by a rest day. It's no a big deal either way, as the power in this 3-day formula comes mostly from the diet side of things.
