Some people never get this message because they purchased using PayPal, which admittedly is super handy, but the email address linked to that PayPal account hasn't been checked since Uncle David put his back out in 2013!

This is very sad...

Follow Along Workouts

A good rule of thumb would to perform three workouts in a week, but if you wish to do more, you are more than welcome to.
