As mentioned our next level workouts use a variety of bodyweight movements, so I wanted to make sure you had a video reference for each exercise listed (as well as a few extras).
These bonus movements include more traditional gym based weight training exercises, as well as a few other advanced kettlebell moves that can challenge your body further.
