Inside these follow along videos I offer exercise modifications throughout for those that are unable to perform certain exercises, however if there is anything you are struggling with, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to help.
Note: Perform each routine on a 5-day cycle over the course of 19 days. This 5-day workout cycle works together with the 5-day diet cycle.
To help you stay on the straight and narrow over the next 19 days I've created an email series that are linked to the videos to act as a gentle reminder to use the program.
PLEASE NOTE: Only enter your email address in the box provided if you're starting the program in the next 12 hours. Once the emails start they CANNOT be undone.
For example, if I wanted to do the Lean in 19 workouts at 7am each morning, I would make sure to enter my email address in the box provided at least 30 mins before this time. This means I could enter my email the night before or I get up super early and do it! This way your email reminder will always be with you before your workout time. Make sense?
