      However please don’t assume that all your readers are over weight or need motivating.
      I can assure you that I am as lean & toned as you plus am 66yrs young & have been in the fitness wellness & healing industry for over 40years as a long time advanced massage therapist wellness coach and bodyflow PT trainer.
      I have been on an ongoing mission to find quality plus ways of maintaining quality plus wellness & fitness shape without compromising the spine joints and muscles following many past serious sporting injuries.
      With that I have discovered many good programs to enhance mine for myself & clients. I of course alter & modify a few to suit the various needs of my clients.

        Hey Grant, thanks for getting in touch and it’s lovely to hear about your journey as a coach! Thanks for the feedback too, I try to offer modifications when I can, but still, it’s difficult to cater for everyone. I think it’s always good to learn and use different parts of programs and philosophies to then mold a program towards a particular clients needs and goals. Thanks again :-)

      A good sequence & flow however a few not suitable for clients with joint issues. Modified many to make them non impacting however still cardio effective.
