No equipment needed and no excuses when a workout only takes 4 minutes!

So, here’s one I nicknamed “Killer Cardio”…it’s not as bad as it sounds.

You should give it a whirl and if you’d prefer a longer workout all you have to do is repeat the 4 minute block 2-3 times or stack with some of my other 4 minute fat burners.
