By now you just have seen these obstacle course races, right?
We’ve got Tough Mudder, Spartan, Rat Race and so on.
I’ve done a couple of them and they’re actually really great fun, especially if you do them with a group of friends.
Certainly beats running at the same speed for hours ;)
Anyway, the way a lot of these obstacles courses work is simply by having an obstacles every few miles. So…
You’ll run for a bit, then come to an obstacle (where you often get a break) and then you run again.
It’s simple, but effective. And…
This gave me the idea for this kettlebell workout :)
This workout is actually from my kettlebell program (Lean Bell MK-3) and is one of 36 workouts.
If you like this workout you should certainly check out the others and as part of the program, I’ve even included some follow along videos.
Now, of course, you might not be familiar with all of these exercises above, so I’ve popped them down below for you.
Give it a blast and let me know how you get on with this Tough Mudder-esque workout :)
