By now you just have seen these obstacle course races, right?

We’ve got Tough Mudder, Spartan, Rat Race and so on.

I’ve done a couple of them and they’re actually really great fun, especially if you do them with a group of friends.

Certainly beats running at the same speed for hours ;)

Anyway, the way a lot of these obstacles courses work is simply by having an obstacles every few miles. So…

You’ll run for a bit, then come to an obstacle (where you often get a break) and then you run again.

It’s simple, but effective. And…

This gave me the idea for this kettlebell workout :)

14 TOUGH MUDDER

This workout is actually from my kettlebell program (Lean Bell MK-3) and is one of 36 workouts.
