This isn’t full on juggling, but you can have some fun with the kettlebell and use the time as active rest or as a warm-up routine.
If you’re keen to give it a go, start with a light weight (common sense?).
Then practice each move for 10 reps.
You will drop it the first few times you practice.
I dropped it plenty of times!
But after a while you’ll get the hang of it and be able to string some different combinations together.
