1A) Seal Jacks x 30 secs
1B) High Plank x 30 secs
Repeat x 2

Then 7 minutes of this lot…

2A) Shoulder Circles x 40 (20 forwards, 20 backwards)
2B) Push-ups x 5
2C) Pike Push-up x 1
2D) Tricep Dips x 10

And that’s it, badda-bing, badda-boom! :)
