In order to help you lose weight and get you in the best shape of your life we need to give you a plan! You can find plenty of exercise plans in here ranging from our Boot Camp Home Program, to kettlebell training and even those hardcore workouts known as ‘metabolic conditioning’.
We have all sorts of videos inside the video vault, although a large proportion of them are related to fitness. So, whether you want to check out a particular exercise technique or want to follow one of my workouts, this is where you will find them.
Workout Of The Month
Every month I’ll write and record a workout for all of our members to follow. I might be in the park, in the gym, or even in my living room. These workouts are designed to challenge your body and your mind over a short period of time, so no need to take a day off work!
This is technology gone barmy! Every month I’ll post an invite to my newsletter subscribers to come and join me for a live workout via the internet. All you need is a decent internet connection and away we go! But places will be limited so don’t miss out!
