By now we should all know that high intensity exercise (also known as HIIT) works better than slow, boring cardio for fat loss.
But what happens over the long haul?
Do we REALLY have to kill ourselves each and every time we exercise?
I don’t think so and I think a balance needs to be had.
After all, you’ve got to enjoy the exercise to a certain degree if you’re going to keep it up.
Especially, if you want to keep the lard off permanently…
