When a person comes to me looking to lose some chuberella I always look at their diet first.
More often than not their diet is on the shoddy side and needs sprucing up a wee bit.
I tell them to cut out certain foods: processed food, caffeine, wheat, refined sugar, cows milk and booze.
This acts like a detox, but it’s also known as an elimination diet.
Now, most people will say the following words to me after only a couple of days on this sort of eating plan.
“The detox made me feel awful, ruddy awful”.
The worse the diet before, the worse the withdrawal symptoms usually are.
Stick with it though, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
