(Makes about 15)
2 tbsp clear honey
1oz margarine or butter
4oz good quality plain chocolate
3oz bran flakes/puffed rice/puffed spelt
1oz toasted, flaked almonds
Place the honey, margarine and chocolate in a ban-marie and stir over a low heat until melted.
Add the bran flakes/rice/spelt and almonds and mix thoroughly until well coated.
Spoon into paper cases/moulds and leave in the fridge to set.
