Today, I’ve gotta cheeky isometric workout for ya.

In the video below, you’ll see me perform some static movements to make them there muscles burn!

Now, this video has been taken from my 4-Minute Fat Burners Program and as you’d expect, is only 4-minutes long.

However, if you’ve got a wee bit more time on your hands you can repeat this workout 3-4 times for maximum burn/fun.
