1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp light soy sauce
400g (14oz) new potatoes, boiled
Pre-heat the grill to high. Mix the mustard, honey and soy sauce and toss the potatoes in the mixture.
Thread onto skewers (if using wooden ones, pre-soak them for 20 mins) and cook under a medium hot grill for 2-3 mins on each side, until charred crisp and golden brown.
