Before You Even Jump On The Treadmill
1. Set your goals.
2. Set a time limit for achieving them.
3. Tell your friends and family about them and get them to hold you accountable.
4. Take your measurements: arms, chest, waist, hips, butt, thighs and weight.
5. Clear out your cupboards and set yourself up with the right food for the job: no booze, no sugar, no processed foods, etc.
