OK, so this is meant to be about me. What shall I tell you? Well, I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade and I’m now recognised as one of the top personal trainers in the UK. I have developed my own distinct training style which represents a fusion of what I feel to be the most effective methods and techniques around today.
By the way, this is me on the right. If I’m honest I hate photos like these, but I thought I’d show you to prove that I know what I’m talking about. I didn’t even go to the gym to get in condition for this photo, which may surprise you. My Wife had recently given birth, so going to the gym to train several times a week wasn’t going to happen. Instead I trained in one of our spare bedrooms, which just goes to show you that you don’t always need a gym to get in good shape, just lots of hard work and good nutrition.
I regularly appear in fitness and other media publications such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Grazia, Harper’s Bazzaar, The Times, The Guardian, Sport magazine, The Evening Standard, FHM and MSN Health as well as appearing on ITV1 and Sky Atlantic.
I’m very passionate and dedicated to helping clients get the best results possible and I will expect nothing less from you if you decide to train with me. In terms of my background, I started my career in London after completing a degree in Sports Science and I have worked in the fitness industry ever since. I have committed myself to learning the latest, cutting edge, training techniques to ensure that all my clients achieve unrivaled results, undertaking courses in kettlebell training, Olympic lifting, a Premier Masters in personal training (to name a few) and studying with such fitness gurus as the Gym Jones crew.
