Hi there, I'm Gavin Walsh, head Coach here at Body Fixers and I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for 20 years.
I’m now recognized as one of the top health and fitness experts in the UK, having developed my own distinct training style which represents a fusion of what I feel to be the most effective diet and exercise techniques around today.
I've appeared in plenty of magazines and newspapers over the years. Such as Women's Health, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Grazia, Harper’s Bazzaar, The Times, The Guardian, Sport magazine, The Evening Standard, FHM and MSN Health as well as appearing on ITV1 and Sky Atlantic.
In terms of my background, I started my career in London as a personal trainer after completing a degree in Sports Science and I have worked in the health & fitness industry ever since.
I now live in Brighton with my two daughters (Tallulah and Gracie) and my wife (Mrs W). Plus...
I help thousands of people all over the world transform their bodies via the old tinterweb...which is probably why you're here!
This might surprise you, but I'm actually a normal type of guy.
I don't really like fruit, I love chocolate, drink beer and I've not been to a gym in about 3 years.
Why am I telling you this?
That's because, here at Body Fixers, we don't believe you have to give up your fave foods or spend hours in a sweaty gym to lose the jelly from your belly.
That might sound crazy, but it's the truth.
By the way, this is also me "posing"...
If I’m honest, I hate photos like these.
You won't ever see me posting photos like this on any social media platforms. But...
I thought I'd throw it on this page to at least show you that I know what I’m talking about.
Of course, I did a wee bit of exercise and diet before getting this photo taken. Although...
The funny thing is that I didn’t go to the gym once and I even had a few beers in the run up to it.
If you want to lose weight and feel great, then feel free to have a nosey around the website here or schedule a chat to see how we can help you.
