Hey – it’s Coach Gavin here and today I’ve got a little routine I shared on Facebook not too long ago.
It’s a simple arm routine that anyone can do and it’ll help reduce that dreaded jiggle that so many women complain about.

If youโre keen to take things further, then I recommend doing this routine 3-4 times a week and then building more strength by using resistance bands or weights in your exercise routine.

Amazing! You can certainly do it daily, but 2-3 times a week would do the job.

Yeah, it’s definitely a fave. Especially if you’re short of time. Plus, you can easily throw in some weights to make it more difficult.

Definitely felt that burn during the second set. Almost didn’t finish. I like your short workouts. I do them while I’m working from home. When I have time I do more than 1. Keep them coming! Thank you
