Hey – it’s Coach Gavin here and today I’ve got a little routine I shared on Facebook not too long ago.

It’s a simple arm routine that anyone can do and it’ll help reduce that dreaded jiggle that so many women complain about.

If youโ€™re keen to take things further, then I recommend doing this routine 3-4 times a week and then building more strength by using resistance bands or weights in your exercise routine.

        Amazing! You can certainly do it daily, but 2-3 times a week would do the job.
