I used to listen to this speech before every Basketball game I played at University. I’d visualise the game, how I’d perform as if it was a movie running in my head. Still gives me goosebumps!
3. The Man Who Never Gave Up
If you’ve got a serious amount of weight to lose (100lbs+), then this is for you. This guy started at over 300lbs and kept pushing and pushing. He talks about willpower, but personally I think it’s all about desire. If you want it badly enough, you won’t let anything or anyone get in your way.
4. Rick and Dick Hoyt
I found this video several years ago and it’s still one of my favourites. If you’ve not seen it, get the tissues ready. It’s a real tear jerker!
