I was chatting to my neighbor, Brenda, the other day and she was a little concerned about her husband’s posture.
Her exact words were “hunchback”. Eek!
I don’t think Dave’s back is in that bad a shape, but given a few more years of staring down at the phone and laptop and you never know.
So, anyway, I told Brenda to get Dave to try out these 3 exercises…
If you feel you posture could do with a spruce up or perhaps a friend/family member’s shoulders and neck look like they’re heading down the hunchback route make sure you pass on this info. Okay?
