If you’re just getting back into the swing of things, then 4-minutes a day is all you need.
And once you’re getting into a rhythm, you can then start to stack these 4-minute workouts like I’ve done below. So…
Let’s get you started with the first one below and then if you’ve got more time on your hands try the next one…and the next one…and…you get the idea :)
As a guideline…
Use the first 4 minute blast as your warm-up, then throw in some stretches.
After you’ve loosened up a bit, hit each 4-minute stack while giving yourself as much rest as needed in between.
