It’s quite a basic move, yet most people aren’t doing it right.

Now, give that a quick practice and don’t forget…
+ Squeeze those butt cheeks
+ Pull the elbows down to the toes and the toes to the elbows
Okay, now that you’ve got that sorted try this on for size…
30/30 For 4 Minutes
Set yourself up in the the low plank and for 3o seconds squeeze those glutes and pull in your elbows as hard as you can.
This is gonna take some serious concentration.
Keep contracting your butt cheeks!!!
Now rest for 30 seconds and repeat the same process another 4 times.
If you’ve done this properly, you should notice a huge difference in the way you used to do the plank and the way you do it now.
Much more effective, right? :)
