How long do I have to commit?
The challenge lasts for 14-days and begins today. Each workout is between 3-12 minutes long and we also have 2 days rest in the plan to help you recover.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Will this be okay for me?
Absolutely. Although this workout challenge hasn't been customized to each individual, there are modifications offered throughout. Plus, if you're not sure about any particular exercise we'll work together using video to ensure you're exercising correctly and safely.
Do I need a gym to do this?
The short answer: No! You can do the 14-day abs challenge at home without the need for any fancy gym equipment.
Why is this challenge free?
