In fact, I've helped 1000’s of women over the last 20 years to transform their fitness, body shape and health. I've seen first hand the struggles that men go through in their 30's, 40's , 50's and 60's and why it's so difficult to juggle work, family life and your own health.
That's why I decided to create an entire system that the average woman could use to take back control of their body and take their fitness and health to the next level.
How long do I have to commit?
There is no long-term commitment after the 12-weeks. IF accepted into the 12-week coaching program you will dramatically change your fitness, body shape and health.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Will this be okay for me?
Absolutely. I'll start you off slowly and offer lots of modifications along the way as you progress. Plus, if you're not sure about any particular exercise we'll work together using video to ensure you're exercising correctly and safely. I'll be there for you every step of the way.
Do I need a gym to do this?
The short answer: No! You can do the 12-week program at home without the need for any fancy gym equipment. With that being said, if you have some equipment at home or you enjoy the gym, then either is fine. The key thing to remember is that everything is personalised to YOU and your circumstances.
