In fact, I've helped 100’s of men over the last 20 years to transform their fitness, body shape and health. I've seen first hand the struggles that men go through in their 30's, 40's , 50's and 60's and why it's so difficult to juggle work, family life and your own health.
That's why I decided to create an entire system that the average man could use to take back control of their body and take their fitness, body and health to the next level.
How long do I have to commit?
There is no long-term commitment after the 12-weeks. IF accepted into the 12-week coaching program you will dramatically change your fitness, body shape and health.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Will this be okay for me?
Absolutely. I'll start you off slowly and offer lots of modifications along the way as you progress. Plus, if you're not sure about any particular exercise we'll work together using video to ensure you're exercising correctly and safely. I'll be there for you every step of the way.
Do I need a gym to do this?
The short answer: No! You can do the 12-week program at home without the need for any fancy gym equipment. With that being said, if you have some equipment at home or you enjoy the gym, then either is fine. The key thing to remember is that everything is personalised to YOU and your circumstances.
"Gavin, just a quick update and big thank you. As my first goal was my wedding (lost over 1.5 stone). I've had to re-focus and not allow the chub to return. Thus focusing on a sport that I always had an interest in, but was never confident enough to try due to my weight (total loss 2.5 stone). So, as the weight melted away and the confidence grew I entered my first sprint triathlon and completed it.

"Although the photos don't do me any favours, I personally don’t think I have looked so good since leaving the forces over 20yrs ago! Which is all down to your work outs and nutritional advice.
It’s not been easy, but if you really want something its worth the pain, both mentally and physically and this was definitely worth it.
